Bal calculates all payroll details for us from a spreadsheet I provide monthly, performs the RTI submission and emails payslips to our staff. She turns this around very quickly, and is professional and very pleasant to deal with. She also deals with any queries efficiently. Thank you Bal!
Nicky is down to earth at the same time as being professional. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was very impressed with the results. Never again will I attempt a tax return on my own; she has saved me her fee many times over!
